There will be 3 transfer windows
i) tbc
ii) tbc
iii) tbc

Funds
Budget for transfer windows will be made up of unspent funds + the value of any outgoing players (at the price you paid for them)

Process
Transfer windows will be a three stage process
i) you nominate the players you wish to ditch (they are publicised and go into the pot) - this will be at live auction minus 7 days
ii) a round of sealed bids are submitted - this will be at live auction minus 1 day
iii) following confirmation of successful bids, there will be a live auction (to be held on FISO Live Chat).

Going to leave this thread locked until we have ironed everything out on the other thread.

I'm not intending to post up the scores… and if past experience is anything to go by, Mad Dog wont do it after the first week.
