If you look at the t & C's you have to be a resident of the usa to play this game.

T&C's -

6. Entry Qualification

The Game is only open to only to legal residents of the United States of America. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 27, 2011 to participate. The Game is VOID where prohibited and outside of the United States of America. If you are selected as a winner but are not eligible to win any prizes, the prize will be awarded to the person with the next highest score in accordance with these Official Rules.

My Achille's heels is indeed not reading the T & C's!.. i'll play it anyway but yes i will focus on UK games... i made an assumption about ESPN that would translate to Fox!! but thank you Achiles74

http://fantasyfootball.orange.co.uk/default.aspx..

Orange fantasy 2011/2012 ..is back... less price ( virtually no money!) and i'm struggling to get in to it (log -on issues)
..The highest scoring manager at the end of the competition will win the ultimate football fan's weekend which will include a jersey of your favourite football team and two tickets for you and your mate for a Premiership football match of your choice. In addition, you will get free tickets for travelling (standard class) within the UK to take you to the venue and an overnight's stay at a 3 star + hotel. And there is also a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone up for grabs!

interesting!!
oh.. in line with my fiso awareness.. i.e. who designs what.. companies... my email has come back to me via SILENT MANAGER.. which is ( from my reading of FISO posts) the designer of YTM?

Your link doesn't work for me, fanADE ,but thanks for the "heads up" about this comp the late launch of which might conceivably be connected with the problems SM have being having in delivering the YtM game this season.

As you may be aware, this game was produced previously by Fantasy League Ltd of OFL fame, who from what you say appear to have lost the contract to SM.

I've not heard a word from Orange,or SM about this yet, despite having played last year and my ISP being Orange.

Even when I did a web search for this season's game via Orange's search facility,it failed to come up with anything.

Thanks QK

5 teams to manage under Silent Manager, compared to the usual single entry, and 50 transfers allowed per each team !

I realise SM's objective in doing this is to try and get us all to log on as frequently as possible and stay logged on for as long as possible, but it's just killed this game for me.

I'll stick with one team, knowing that this means that this year I've hardly any chance of winning anything as a result.

I don't think they realise that few FF players enter just one FF competition, and simply don't have time to devote to so many teams and transfers, which is why the majority of the prizes will likely go to the semi-pro's.

Get your teams in at http://www.thefootballfrenzy.co.uk before the first game of the season kicks off at 19:45 on Friday! And get your mates to join so you can have mini competitions by creating private leagues...

Advice wanted.

I'm in a family league for the premierleague.com comp and can decide on these alternatives, any advice would be welcome -

1) huth + sinclair or simpson + yaya toure

2) sinclair or murphy

3) Yaya Toure or Silva

4) how often will augero play?

You're asking in the wrong place superlancs - this thread is as the title says, for posting news of newly launched fantasy football games.

Go the the FPL forum,where there's a sub-forum for "Rate my Team" questions,like this one : rmty-weak-at-the-back-t87734.html

Get yourself an FPL BUTTON like mine,by copying url from your team history page into the box at the bottom of your Fiso profile page -(see top left of this page).

You'll find ,via a search, instructions as to how to post a screen shot of your team, like the others in that sub-forum.

The Premier Prediction League has opened for it's 10th season

the-premier-prediction-league-10th-season-t88457.html

£15, decent prizes for weekly, monthly and seasonal predictions as well as some extra cup games. Worth a visit.
