1. The template for your team is Alan Hansen's XI.

2. You must make at least one and no more than two changes to this team by the 9th August 2007.

3. You must enter your team in the superleague by 7th July 2007. The chairman will distribute the league name and pin by PM to all the players.

Each chairman will post the league table on a Wednesday (or as often as he sees fit).

3rd Division - priapist

4. Post your starting team in the following manner



so that everyone can clearly see your free transfers.

5. Following the start of the season manage your team in the normal way.

6. The leagues will be open so that everyone can see everyone else's teams.

7. Your team name should include your FISO name and the word eggcup if possible.

8. Each league contains 12 players and there will be a 3 up, 3 down promotion and relegation at the end of the season.

9. The winner of each league wins a bespoke egg cup and a cash prize

10. When you make a transfer you should post on the relevant thread giving the changes made and reasons for it. You must also use the following template:



11. There will be a cup competition which runs automatically alongside the league competition. I will announce the weeks for the cup competition when all the leagues have been finalised. There may also be a Champions League and UEFA Cup competition.

13. Above all, enjoy yourselves, have a bit of banter and may the best man win (although it'll probably be murf as usual ).

Note to other chairmen - do not set up your superleague until I ask you to do so. The leagues need to be set up systematically in case some players drop out for this season.

Can you make clear that it is his team on the Thursday before (5th August) that counts not the one above, so as to avoid any arguments.

Not an awful team by any means. Can live with that defence. Strikers are fine although a lack of Rooney (the new Henry) is a concern longer term. In addition Berbatov may get some time off now they have Bent alongside keane and Defoe. Its the midfield wher I'll be making some changes although I may live short term without Fake and Lampard dispensing with all but Gerrard as quickly as possible.

Reason for Transfer(s):

Noticed in the super league that hnsens team is now included and you get access to everyones team screen so we now have visibility of their transfers left tally. Total transparency.

The only thing which could change his team is an Ashton type injury from last year or if a player gets transferred out of the Premiership. Obviously if Hansen's team changes then you have to make two changes to that team.

We're all grown up enough (hopefully) to be able to monitor this.

Probably the best thing to do is to enter Hansen's team as your own and then make your changes as late as possible on the 9th August.

Have been sitting here working out my two pre season transfers
After last seasons awful start i need to get this bit better

You don't need to do your transfers just now as long as they are done before 9th August. Just put Hansen's team in for the time being.

TFF must have been impressed by the Egg Cup to make it a general option to have Hansen's team included in every super league.

i'm eager to get cracking i may as well set up my team while waiting for jeffers to pull his finger out

as we all are , but lets not wish our time away madchester. div1 should be a walk in the park.

i'll be beside myself if i don't get back into the prem.

must not make the same mistakes as last season - trigger happy transfer finger.

Don't panic. League is all set, but I am under strict orders from the boss to wait until the Prem is filled first.
