Laugable that a man who obviously refuses to clarify his country of origin should be able to claim he was illegally detained - surely it's up to him to provide evidence that he is eligible to be here, even as a refugee?

So why would someone do that? Well why do most people do things like that? M O N E Y. We all know conservatives are n't against immigration, they are pro private corporations, and companies can get cheaper workers if they don't pay taxes.

If we made "refusing to state your country of origin" an offence, we could throw him in jail until he remembered where he comes from. Alternatively, he could be fined £17,360
