That's the reason we have such a problem with illegal immigration
Can't find a passport? Let them go and never see them again.

Laugable that a man who obviously refuses to clarify his country of origin should be able to claim he was illegally detained - surely it's up to him to provide evidence that he is eligible to be here, even as a refugee?

Inquiry into border force passport check claims

It is alleged that officials were authorised not to carry out some biometric passport checks
Home Secretary Theresa May is launching an independent inquiry into claims the UK border force ceased carrying out some passport checks during the summer.

It is now alleged Mr Clark told staff not to carry out checks on the passports of some people from outside the EU.

So why would someone do that? Well why do most people do things like that? M O N E Y. We all know conservatives are n't against immigration, they are pro private corporations, and companies can get cheaper workers if they don't pay taxes.

If we made "refusing to state your country of origin" an offence, we could throw him in jail until he remembered where he comes from. Alternatively, he could be fined £17,360 :P
