I personally have found the website pretty shabby - slow / inaccurate and nowhere near as user friendly as the PGA one. I let them know and got the following response so would be interested in others views.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry some of your initial impressions of the new site are not favourable as the general response has been overwhelmingly positive. We hope you will soon become accustomed to the new layout and will enjoy the new features we will be introducing as our aim is to make the site a better experience for everyone.

We have had scoring issues from Loch Lomond caused by a loss of internet connection from on site but they have now reconnected and scores are again flowing. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Regarding the speed, rhe site has been optimised for the latest web browsers and you may find that upgrading your system to IE8 would help improve the performance. This is free to upgrade and only takes a minute.

To upgrade to the latest versions of the following internet browsers please click on the links below.

Internet Explorer 8

When visiting our website from a mobile device, please use our mobile site mobile.europeantour.com.

Kind regards,

European Tour Feedback

Joke response IMO.

Been a shambles, the response says it all really (ie. it looks nice, so we think it is great!).

If I had time, I'd start a list

No shot tracker
No 'text commentary' for each player
No flags next to players names on the Leaderboard
Updates are slow and often inaccurate
No live video feeds from any events - one hole per tournament would be enough
