are you on about the alternating shades behind each post made?

if so, according to the photoshop eye-dropper tool they are as below:

Lightest Blue: HEX #eceff9 PANTONE 656 C
Darker Blue: HEX #dee4f9 PANTONE 7443 C


allow for a degree of error as sometimes the eye-dropper is very slightly out on the HEX, and sometimes a little more on the PANTONE - but to the naked eye it is rarely seen. vast majority of the time it gets it spot on tho

Cheers, do they have a RGB equivalent - I've only got paint, and trying to change avatar backgrounds...

Lightest Blue: 236 239 249
Darker Blue: 222 228 249
