Clinging onto a qualifying place but it's getting pretty uncomfortable. A win against the bottom club should reignite my campaign 8-)

Cheers Robin. Whilst it's blessed relief to see my name turn blue I think there is a possibility I could still miss out, especially as I plan to lose this weekend to allow my fellow Panda safe passage into the knockouts 8-)

Yikes! I need a quality controller!

Many apologies everyone. Maybe I should have made more mistakes regarding my scores in the first group stage.

Formation flying at it's best from the Pandas. Captaining Ba ensured I lost the 2 points required to give yorkshiredragons the win and qualification into the knockouts with a game to spare. Nicely done.

48 wasn't a great score in this crazy week, but turned out to be just enough for the win...

...safely through to the knock-out stage. 8-)

Next it is the knock-out stage - only 16 teams left!

The most dramatic event was the last remaining qualifier from Group X which was essentially a play-off head-to-head between Harrison's Flyers and Flying Cows which the latter won by just 2 points.

Similar thinking too, two defeats to Brightwater VillaFC in group stages. So luck and good judgement required. Be nice to see two Yorshire Men in the final eight......

Bring it on!!!!!

Thanks for the update Robin. It would be great if you could keep this side game going next year. Its really good fun and very well run.

But we'll understand if you are too busy with real life!
