I will be doing the Combo Cup again so hopefully that can keep the interest up for people lower down. I'd hate for you to give up so early mate... :wink:

Ah right. I didn't know there was a cup. I look forward to going out in the early rounds in that one, too!

Although I have sometimes felt like it, I haven't ever given up on a fantasy game yet, and will always keep an eye on the updates, and at least in FPL you can try a few different things with captains without burning transfers. Sometimes you end up doing better when you have nothing to lose. FPL is crazy this season though. I can't get anything right.

Thanks for your efforts, though. I know it takes a lot of time running these comps.

I had a real shocker with all starting teams this year and nothing is working at all in FPL.

TFF I have alomost abandonded all hope - divisionals maybe re-ignite some interest - but then again...

I've held back..... as have most, probably, but the updates here are not up to standard, unfortunately!

Apologies to all. Yes... it is a bit out of order that I've not updated the leagues every week. I've quite literally been snowed under lately (excuse the pun) :wink:

I'm on the computer that holds all the data tonight and will do an update. (Which I had planned to do anyway).

Things should settle down for me going into the new year but if you are all a bit miffed then maybe I will ask someone else to run this.

Unfortunately (for you), real life comes before FISO.

Updates within the hour.

You can update whenever you want for me Dixie. As long as it happens now and again I'll be happy knowing that when you have the time it will happen more often. I've had a few brushes with real life this year so I know how it feels.

being pedantic, I know, but this site is surely about Fantasy....????

.....and even in the real world, usually updates are more than six weekly, for a weekly competition.

This is only the opinion of SE obviously, and no-one else associated in any way with anyone who loves, hates or has a contract out on the said post

That's a rather stunning looking update.

I'm not sure how you do all that grid, colour and table stuff (is excel involved?) but it looks very inpressive.

If you say you want to update every six weeks, no problems here!
You suggest an update is imminent...... then... zippo, nada, nothing! Tends to cause frustrations!
