Just been reading the rules.
Changing captain is listed under transfers.
When you change your Captain does it use up a transfer?

The FAQ section is quite useful and reading that it looks like a change of captain is not a transfer (consistent with prior years too).

It's the absence of the word Captain that confuses me

An extraction from FAQ's
A transfer is the means by which you can change the players in your fantasy football team. Use a transfer to replace injured, suspended or out-of-favour players or players that have left the league. You can also use transfers to bring the form players into your team so that you score more points!
