Have you seen what those Money Savers are doing now?

Because you get back the difference instead of the double they are using coupons for products and then claiming that money back, for instance.....

Day 1 - Buy two Fairy Fabric Conditioners, total £3.40, use two £1 off coupons:(http://www.supersavvyme.com/fairycoupon/home.aspx), No photocopies
total to pay £1.40 in cash. Input details into Price Check, get voucher for £1.40 back.

Day 2 - Buy two Fairy Fabric Conditioners, total £3.40, use two £1 off coupons, total to pay £1.40, use voucher, pay nothing in cash.
Input details into Price Check, get voucher for £1.40 back.

So far, you have four bottles for £1.40.

Day 3 - repeat Day 2.

So far, you have six bottles for £1.40.

Day 4 - repeat Day 2.

Continue until offer expires or you find a new product and printable voucher to try

crafty!!!

Did you guys read the mse thread about the guy who reckons he did this full time with 12 mates and a van and got about 200k worth of freebies
Another guy put up a photo of a loft full of tesco stuff

I presume most of the stuff was bought before they stuck the £100 per month limit per household. Otherwise it's fraud and not a good idea to be boasting about it.

Have you seen the mse thread?
It's not fraud, just breaching tesco fair usage policy...a big difference.
Perhaps i have lots of households?

I didn't mean you, I was thinking about the guys who got £200k between them.

Shame it all ended, Strange but I got quite a buzz from taking them to the cleaners. No one quite deserves it more than a supermarket making claims they can't live up to. .

Have you guys seen the latest two glitches?
Tesco scotland stores had a glitch on beer and cider, meaning you could get 3 cases for £11 last night...even caused riots
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-13621315

I also got a shed load of gardening stuff last night. tomorite, growmore, etc
They were going through at the price that was supposed to be deducted, ie:
£3.80 now 80p off were going through the tills for 80p 8-)
Felt odd reading about it last night just before bed, then running out at 1am and buying garden stuff in tesco

My two hauls for today
£35 of gardening stuff and £44 of kitchen stuff
Amazingly, they went and did the same cock up with good quality knives and pans
The knife block alone sells at £52

Unless of course Tesco marketing are turning the original cock-up to their advantage somehow and think that accidentally on purpose having these things drive people to the stores will work in their favour?

Clutching at straws perhaps but it seems strange that a ruthless beast like Tesco would make these cock-ups so close together. Punters might spend their time tracking Tesco deals rather than caring about Asda.

Yes I am sure kizkiz also bought some redbull to give him energy to carry all that

Seriously though, bound to be a loss leader element but I've not been back to Tesco since I used up my last voucher, got a 5p per litre fuel voucher which I gave to to a colleague to use on its expiry date today.

There's no way they are selling stuff at 20% on purpose, they are just incompetent
Various tales on MSE, from blocking off the aisle to stop anyone buying any, to removing labels and clearing shelves themselves
The gardening glitch was only really active between 12am - 8am....so not much use as a promotion.

So I go to Tescos and find the manager, and ask if his tills are working properly, and leave if he says yes?

Just back from the tesco we all know and love
18x 8 packs of batteries and they paid me £7 to take them away
Unfortunately it's only working in my local, and not many have found stores with the glitch

Two offers kick in if you buy multiples of 3
Usual tesco cock up
It only works in a few random stores though, no apparent pattern to which ones it will be
