I love listening to it because of how ludicrous it is. The presenters would probably have done very well in Germany about 66 years ago.

I can't believe some of the stuff they say and get away with. Listening to a program about immigration at the moment and it really is unbelievable.

The word "Sponger" and the phrase "go back to your own country if its so good there" have featured frequently. Oh and "The Italians had 4 reverse gears on their tanks during the war".

I'm a talkSPORT listener but some of it is absolute tabloid pish nowadays. John Gaunt is painful to listen to and the punters that phone in just annoy me. In principle I agree with much that is said but the way it is put over is so childish and poor.

I like Gaunty,proper US talk radio. If your thick enough to call in then so be it. The Radio Five guys, post Hutton, are petrified on saying anything about Blair now. I dont think they have even debated oil in Iraq since 911!
