The shortlist of finalists for this year's Sony World Photography Awards has been announced and includes a wide range of photographic styles and subjects. The competition is split in to two major sections, one for professionals and an open category. The competition received more than 112,000 entries. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 26 April.
