Van Persie 10 :?:

He scored the goal of the season, but did nothing else.

RVP 10 is definately the biggest joke since i heard that Mertsacker is a good defender( Groomyd's daft opinion)

He, by his own admission was eff shite and he scored an average volley with nothing infront of him, and had time to measure it
Christ he's a 100 grand a week footballer and it hit the post and made it look for better effect when it then rippled the net.

Maybe you'd like to hear Warnocks reprise of the game which he ended with it was quite apt that Suarez scored the winner as he was the the best player on the pitch but only by a country eff mile.

No mention of the studs up lunge on Suarez by Young that could of broken his ankle too, which resulted in him going over oh hang on its Suarez so it was a dive. :|

ARSENE WENGER claimed Robin van Persie was not at his best despite his Emirates wonder goal.

The Dutchman made it 19 for the season with a sublime volley to make sure Arsenal's 125th anniversary celebrations did not turn sour.

But Gunners boss Wenger insisted the player was well below par as the Londoners stuttered to a 1-0 victory over Everton.

said: "Robin has scored an exceptional goal but he said himself he was not in his best of days.

=================

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez showed just why he is prized and feared in equal amounts with an impressive all-round performance as he guided the Reds to a home victory over QPR.

The Uruguay international, who has been in the headlines for the wrong reasons during a two-month lean spell in front of goal, was at his threatening best as he scored his first goal in the Barclays Premier League since October 1.

His header ended a run of four successive draws at Anfield and helped repair some of the damage done to his reputation in recent weeks.

=================

Even in defeat QPR boss Neil Warnock paid tribute to the quality of Suarez.

"I'm disappointed with the goal. Luke (Young) has put his hand up in the dressing room because he was marking him at the corner and just lost him.

"But that is the quality of people like Suarez, they find half a yard and I thought he looked amazing today - oh, to manage him."

================

HELLO ANYONE IN??

BTW MY BEST TEAMS FORWARD LINE IS ROONEY-SUAREZ-RVP.
:shock:

The technique required to hit that shows terrific ability it was a great goal, but it was defiantly not even close to his normal game this season, take goal away he was poor.
Its such a shame way that in my view (have said it before) Sun are killing Fantasy Football they have turned it in to a farce.
How any can believe all the marks reflect game baffles me.

Fantastic goal in an absolutely abysmal game - IMHO very few players were worth more than a 5. I doubt if Everton would have made a worthwhile chance, let alone scored a goal, if the game had continued until Xmas and Arsenal, with the exception of that goal, weren't much better.
