For those of you who enjoy the Sky Sports format, they have launched a World Cup game.

http://worldfantasyfootball.skysports.com/

No private league prizes:

Position: 1st - 3rd
The winner at the end of the tournament will bag a cool £5,000 in cash! Whilst the second placed manager will win an awesome 40" TV and the third placed manager takes home an XBOX, complete with three games.

Position: 4th - 10th
The managers finishing in 4th - 10th positions on the Overall Leaderboard come July will be set up with Sky HD and a 12 month subscription.

Phase Prizes
The winner of each Game Period will be set up with Sky HD and a 12 month subscription. There are two Game Periods, the first covering the Group stages and the second covering the Knockout Phase.

how do you use the 15 transfers in the groups to maximum effect when the group games follow the same pattern ie groups a to h three times and no 2 for 0's? if that makes sense. Is making sure you have 2 players against the likes of North Korea, Hondoras and New Zealand the way to go?

No player values. Wow. How tempting is it to try and pick what would be the most valuable team if there were any values.

Also no m/l prize. Hmmmm. Never mind. Bloodaxe United sat in the pending list, and will be removed if I do really badly.

Not sure about Robinho, but they haven't selected Ronaldinho.

This looks quite easy to do (unlike the Metro & McDonalds/FIFA games).

I have picked a team for this game. Do we have a league set up or are we going to have one?

Looks a great comp this one.. It's great we arent limited to a budget. I've worked out my team would cost £345m in the sun dream team. That would be 95 mills over-budget lol. The transfer policy looks great too, yes im keen on this one.

Try not to confuse things by cross posting for different games. Ta.
