Anyone got problems accessing site at the moment?

I was away for xmas and using my laptop. Forgot my password as it is on 'remember password' on my pc. I used their 'recover password link' . They have not sent me a new password and I can't get in to my account. I also used the contact message thing to tell them. Still no email from them. I checked my spam filter too. I can't find any contact phone number for them on the site. Does anyone have a help desk number for them? If there is anyone from Clever TV on here could they pm me about this please.

Me too .. Clever of me to change my password to one I can't remember. Don't think I've done too much damage though.

They won't answer.

I have emailed their helpdesk three times in the past and no one ever replies.

ISSACA has emailed them twice and has had no answer.

The phone number just goes to a answer machine.

This is not acceptable. I can't get in to my account and their support system seems to be dead. I thought it might be some obscure problem with my own email, but now I see it's just incompetence on their part. I better log off before I say something I'll regret.

Any news?

I can't get through on the help line. Says it's busy I haven't been able to get in to my account since before xmas. I'll create a separate thread and try to get the attention of a Clever TV rep on it.

Apologies for not replying to this sooner. As I've posted on the other thread, anyone having issues with their passwords should contact the helpdesk on 0207 064 9887 between 10am and 5pm Mon-Fri. The line will be open until 6pm this evening.
