Greetings I'm wondering what side games there will be next year and how I would go about joining? This is my first year playing, but i've read a lot of good stuff and here and think i've had a pretty good season

Keep an eye in this forum as there will be lots of sign up threads before the start of next season!

I would assume the main games played this year will be played again next year, we will have to wait until the people who run the games declare they are running again though!

There's also an FPL Side-games and Annoucements thread in the main FPL forum in which game admins are encouraged to post as managers who don't frequent the side-games forum will be alerted to their offering. There are/will be links to all side-games in that thread to make things easier to find.

(In this past this thread has been moved up to the Announcements section of FPL so hopefully it will be moved there again )

Some games have started to recruit players so now is the time to begin expressing your interest - if you're not sure what a certain side-game involves just ask in the relevant thread.

As an aside - the number of games deminished alot last year so if anyone has an idea for a game, or wishes to revive a dead one - Royal Rumble anyone?, and need a bit of help then post here and maybe someone can assist (with advice/opinions at least) - as there is alot of experience around and even some useful tools to make admin easier.
