Have just got one and its brilliant, if you want an alternative mp3 player to an ipod this is it in my view. Easy to use, cheap, takes memory card, sound quality good (in my view matches ipod)
Put fair bit of my collection (about 6,000 tracks) on it and while some of stuff put on a bit iffy sound due to difficulty have getting good copy, it does a pretty good job and media that is recorded at a good rate sound terrific.
To get music on it, drag and drop, there are a few things bit of a pain, not easy making play lists but for what I paid its a great bit of kit and its tiny, about size of a matchbox.

Mine was great for the gym - clip and all - but it's now broken. The memory seems to have frozen and even though I've cleared the mp3's on there, I cannot drag and drop any new tunes. Tried all sorts but to no avail

They are a cracking little design - just hope yours is more reliable

Have you tried re-setting it, on mine you press and hold on button for about 15 sec' s think previous model was different but its on there somewhere.
Freezing seems to be a problem with most of the players have come across.

Yeah, I tried everything but ran out of patience in the end. I got the bottom end of the price scale one so it didn't cost me too much and had a good 18 months out of it.
