I had a Tuna and cheesey quavers sarnie last night, and i must say - it was lovely!! :D

Chedder cheese and smokey bacon walkers is a favourite of mine also.

Does anyone else try and 'mix up' their sandwiches a bit? Or am i the only weird one? :?

The bird thinks i'm very odd indeed, but i just assumed we all invented random sangers!!

I am afraid I have just plain boring ham and coleslaw today.

But fwiw I did read on the Marmite fan page of facebook that someone likes Marmite and Banana sandwiches! Just sounds wrong (even though I do like Marmite).....

I had a tuna & onion sandwich for the first time in a hospital restaurant today - it mid afternoon and they had 3 of these left and nothing else,so they can't be popular, but it was OK. I was hungry though so I may have been biased.

I once made a banana sandwich in a shared house. One tenant was shocked that I eat banana sandwiches :?

6-8 Fish fingers, molten red leicester on a garlic nan (folded)

Half a battered cod, 4 chilli peppers, molten red leicester sandwiched between two toast (x2 as battered / breaded cods don't come in halves)

Of course, pretty much any cheese can substitute (though maybe not your blue ones!).

Beetroot and mayonaise are pretty good too but a little too "conventional" for this thread?

Not a sandwich but as marmite is mentioned. Nothing better than marmite and marmalade on you toast in the morning.

Off topic I know but going off post above must say Marmite is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in a good leek 'n' potato soup.
