Enjoyed tonight's show immensely, good old fashioned British TV. Would love to see a 'Sunday night at the Palladium' style show return 2 or 3 hours entertainment once a week and cut back on the endless hours of Soaps

Problem is it is so easy to switch channel when you get 30 seconds of ALW or some other establishment figure paying their dues for a previously awarded undeserved medal.

Managed to watch some very poor "mime" artist sell his soul and reputation and then reverted to Sky + to catch up on News at 10 from last week.

There are channels other than BBC1 & ITV1 available so no real need to take us back to the dark ages just to avoid the likes of Eastenders, Coronation Street etc  ...

I switched over to it after Fulham scored their second goal and thoroughly enjoyed it. Didn't like Peter Kay as compere though, he tried to hard to be 'uber clever'.
