So to cut a long story short....

A colleague of mine were talking today about ways to make our gym visits a little more interesting so cooked up this scheme where each time we were both going to be going to the gym in the evening we would set ourselves a mini competition between us both to measure progress / best times / best distances.

I am going to have a bash at setting up the same sort of thing on here for all of you fitness people, people that are looking to regain fitness or just get better.

Anyone can join and it's basically going to be run on trust. You are only cheating yourselves

The first "gig" is to measure how far (in metres) one can row in 15 minutes. You can chose your resistance as long as set at 6 or more.
