Last season with midweek games we were stuck with the captain we chose for the midweek games for the following weekend. This season, we can change our captain for the following weekend games after the midweek games are done with.

how? if your transferring him out, how do you get his points?

I'm sure if you have them for thier kick off they score, so I could have Drogba, wait till 1950 and transfer him out (but score the points) and bring in someone playing at 2000 scoring points for them too....

I will double check the rule but seems to be confirmed on this thread.

Cos the points you score for the 19.45 set of games is based on a "snapshot" of your team at 19.45. While the points that you socre for the 20.00 set of games is based on a new "snapshot" of your team taken at 20.00.

Slight correction regarding Wednesday: as it currently appears on Sky's site (and other OFL-based games), they take a snapshot of your team at 19:45 for all the 19:45 games except Wolves-Arsenal, then another snapshot at 20:00 for the 20:00 games plus Wolves-Arsenal.

I know I'll be over the transfer button at 19:58 if anyone's got a 10-minute hat-trick at Molineux

I'm confused

If I swap Chamakh 19.45 for Tevez 20.00 at some point in that 15 minutes do I score points for both players?? ..................................well Chamakhs 1 point for playing and Tevez's brace?

just checked FAQ and this answers the question

Transfers can be made at any time and if a player is in your team at the scheduled kick-off time of their next match he will be eligible to score you points. In addition, you do not lose the points a player has won for your team when you make a transfer. This means that you can take a player out of your team after their game has started and bring in another who is about to play.

However, make sure that the transfer is made before the scheduled kick-off time of the incoming player's match

so YES the transfer can be made

They fixed it on Tuesday, put the match back to it's correct time so no cheeky cheating was possible
