It's back. :D The Red Card Knockout (with kind permission from pa102aw)

Put your name against one of the teams and copy the last table posted then paste it in a new post. Each team has a life span of 3 red cards, once your team clocks up it’s 3rd red card it’s time to head for the tunnel for good. Only red cards awarded during League games 2010/11 will count. Double red cards will only count as one, and red cards which are subsequently rescinded will still count as a red for the purpose of the game. If there are 2 or more teams still standing at the end of the Season the player who’s team finishes LOWEST in the League will be declared the winner.

Could I ask any mod to randomly put my name against one of the teams please (once a few have been taken)

Might be interesting to run it for the full season, & see who gets the most red cards as well.

also in the event of a tie, how about the team with the least yellow cards (season long) wins.

You could also have a 'handicap' system - top 5 selected start on 1 card, those selected 6-10 start on 0 cards, those selected 11-15 start on -1 cards with the last 5 selected having a starting point of -2 cards.
