I see Straquilarseface and Saha are doing really well this season, have they even scored?

People rip the piss out of Beckford even though he scored a haul of goals last season as a second string player.

Makes no sense. Saha ur dog poop, Conference would suit you.

Krul bags a nice 8 Points. :D

Ngog, Anichebe, Saha, Bendtner, Torres............the list of shite Premier League Strikers goes on Mrs Suzykins. I think Tim Howard has scored about the same amount of goals as these Stikers this PL Season.

2010–2011
Everton 34 (8)

2011–
Leicester City 18 (2)

Whats that song footy ?

"Dont stop me now I'm having such a good time
I'm having a ball don't stop me now
If you wanna have a good time just give me a call Crapello"

2 in 18 is poor for a Championship player let alone one playing in the Premier league  even Leaburn & Sidebe scored better than that

Anichebe's been injured and has 1 in 1 currently I believe, good finish too. Bit unfair to include him.

Bit unfair to include Anichebe as a crap Premier League Striker? Oh yeah Anichebe is an awesome player he deserves a lot of credit

If we go on the ridiculous way Suzykins likes to look at stats 8 Goals in 94 appearances for Everton.

You do realise I am soley talking about the Premier League, I agree Beckford hasn't done well at Leicester probably because he should be back in the league above it.

But as I said I am talking about how there are so many crap strikers in the Premier League.

Goals to Appearance ratios are a ridiculous way to judge players. For a lot of those matches Beckford came on for a few minutes yet all those count as an appearance.

You need to look at goals per minutes played and as far as I remember Beckford got a goal every 160 minutes (less than every other game) which is a good return, if you also include his awesome goal against Aston Villa that went 2 foot over the line (remember - it was not given) that ratio would improve even further. So you can't argue with that, you also can't argue with his goal against Bolton, or his box to box run and chip over Petr Cech (to some - the best keeper in the league).

I am sorry Suzy you cannot argue against that.

Have a moan about the real crap Premier League Strikers:

Ngog, Anichebe, Saha, Bendtner, Torres, Chamakh.

Getting all that dough but never perform.

I agree with those and add a few more..........Salmon,Boothroyd but never rated Beckford & to be honest it doesnt look like many other top managers do

Well he was without doubt a power-house at Leeds and did well at Everton, the amount of goals he scored and quality of his goals shows that. He is more like a shower-spout at Leicester. Not sure who you mean by 'top-managers' the list of crap strikers above shows you that a lot of Premier League managers do not have an eye for strikers, probably because only a few of them were Strikers back in the day.....Ferguson, Mancini, Dalglish and you can easily see they have an eye for a striker or two.
