Please try to have no more than one thread per person (or at the very least, per team!). The reason for this is that it is much easier to track the discussion as your team evolves. Having multiple threads will make it impossible to find any useful comments made by those rating teams.

Please try to avoid adding your own team on to somebody elses RMT thread. Again it makes it very hard to check back and find useful information.
