Not sure if they intended to make the most difficult and unintendedly hilarious game going, but they seem to have managed it:

Run the 100m by controlling your thigh and calf muscles. I haven't managed to cross the starting line yet.

Quick light tap on the Q(emphasize quick light tap or an overbalance will ensue so just enough to bring the knee just behind the other) then keep finger on W(or W and P at the same time to give more stability) to straighten up.Repeat this process to make slow and steady process mainly on your knees.Careful use of 'O' to get over the hurdle at 50m.The command to jump at the end can be greeted with the expression 'yeah right'.
