Gents,

Doing Ok this season, but still newish to this game. My team is in the FISO league and any help appreciated. PM if you think there's some improvements to make. I have 1154 points I think and team is thecomedybeard

My questions are these:-

Anyone fancy Berbatov this weekend? Will Sir Alex play him? Will he play Rooney, Hernandez and Berbatov? Is swapping Berbatov in for Sturridge a decent short term bet?

I am thinking of freeing up some cash by getting rid of Arteta for Ben Arfa. As a Newcastle fan, I really rate him, and now he seems a bit fiiter (played 90 mins in FA Cup and scored), plus Ba gone to African Nations, I think he's a decent punt. I think he'll play in behind Shola or Leon Best. Plus I think he may have to play wide right if Obertan not totally fit?

I am wrong to be thinking punt me wildcard now? Or should I hang on? I fancy a few changes, bringing Cahill in on a gamble he moves and I also fancy Sessegnon?

If I am being a numpty, please tell me. All help greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't wildcard now, you have missed almost 2 weeks of price changes...

There have not been too many price changes, that's true. I played my wildcard as early as possible this GW and tomorrow I'll cash in 0.1 on Sessegnon and hopefully 0.2 on Yakubu. Bale has also gone up by 0.1 in real value, BAE will have done so by tomorrow. That makes 0.5 gain in real value at the most.

1) What do you mean short term bet on a swap for Sturridge. He has been declared fit and will play vs Sunderland. Plus chelseas next few fixtures are pretty tasty. I would keep him rather than worry about the rotation risk of Berbatov.

2) I would take Ben Arfa over Arteta for sure and am going to move him in on my WC. for the money he is a better option (If fit). Playing the full 90 mins in FA cup is encouraging.

3) Everyone has different stragegies on the WC usage and I must admit I am still pretty new to the game myself so I can't advise too much on this one. However I am waiting as late as possible to see what transfers look like in the real world. I think if Cahill does go to Chelsea he will be a bargain at 5.2 and agree Sessegnon is worth the money under O'Niell
