Can't believe you're making me pick between two films I absolutely love.

This is definitely the toughest choice.

Good job I've only seen one of them.

Damn, I didn't find this until today, enjoying it.

Cast a vote for Alien - scared me witless at 13, still watchable nearly 30 years on. Classic haunted house movie, with the greatest, most terrifying space alien ever created.

Usual Suspects is great, involved, contrived, genius with a brilliant 'get it' ending but Alien's a bona-fide classic.

Welcome to Fiso, Sandfly. If you browse the site you'll find there are mystifying sub-forums devoted to "fantasy sports games", whatever they are, with baffling acronyms such as TFF, FPL, etc, but I've no idea what that's all about or what it's doing on a major internet film forum like Fiso

Can't say any of them are that memorable. Alien was pretty good but not as good a horror as The Shining. The Usual Suspects was only o.k and for the life of me I can't think why it's in the top 8.

Can't disagree but they are so close. I would have to watch them both again to feel sure, but just lean a little bit towards Alien.

The Usual Suspects is just starting on Sky 1 if anyone wants to watch it...
