Ok, select one team from each category, the + amount next to one of the teams is the amount of extra points I'm allocating them.

Simply select the team you think will 'cover the spread'

eg United (+2.5) score 85 points, Chelsea 87 under the handicap United score 87.5 and cover the spread
however if United (+2.5) score 84 & Chelsea 87 under the handicap United score 86.5 and Chelsea cover the spread

4. Liverpool, Everton +3.5
5. Aston Villa, Birmingham +7.5
