Has anybody else noticed that points for Man City to win keeps changing. I am sure it was 10pts now 30pts and some of my teams have 28pts or does this happen all the time and i have only just noticed it.

it changes depending on popularity of that option.....so the more people choose it the value goes down and vica versa.....value is locked at kick off
