It maybe that the European Tour live scoring is up the creek, surely that cannot be the case, but it seems that 4 players have been disqualified already today in France. Anybody know any details, is there a local rule they are all contravening??

Although I noticed that Alex Noren was +41 after nine holes at one stage today, I very much doubt that this is a mistake.

Two of the four, Jaco van Zyl and Rikard Karlberg, were playing partners, so this is probably some kind of mutual muck up. Karlberg was destined to miss the cut anyway, but a bit of a blow for van Zyl, who was level par.

Yes, considering his recent results, I was pleasently surprised by his level par effort, as I have him in several of my OFL teams

Damian McGrane has also gone AWOL and Lucas Glover appears to be w/d

So if you played in the morning you got d/q - in the afternoon a referee was on hand to stop you getting it it wrong!

The four disqualifications happened during morning rounds. Rules officials kept an eye on the afternoon field and prepared to advise players if they saw them taking wrong drops at 18.

Doesnt seem right to have the advice there. Sadly sums up OFL this year with McGrane in my top team (although miles back!).

Only had 2 of the 4 disqualified though so should be grateful :)

Looks like it's the 13th causing problems today - both Jimenez and Luiten took eight!

With the cut looming at +2, there looks to be quite a few big name casualties in the Open de France - Hanson, Watson and Jimenez to name just a few...

There's some big scores out there today from decent players (even Manassero shot 75), but others have proved it's certainly playable with rounds in the mid 60s. Even Nick Dougherty went round in 68.

Naughty! I don't think TonyM will be making it 3 on the trot with Hanson a casualty of the cut. I picked him for my NCG team on the Tony's explicit instructions

Runner up in the weekly for Nigel, one point less than the winner, unlucky!

Nice to see Levet winning again - particularly on home soil.

I didn't realise Levet had broken his leg during the celebrations after his win?
