Also see this thread if you use a browser that can handle Greasemonkey scripts. It will add a "My Team" option to the drop-down, allowing you to easily see your players' stats without needing to add them to the watchlist, which can then be used for keeping an eye on players you are thinking of buying (which is presumably its intended purpose anyway).

I'm new to all this CTC stuff too, could anybody explain why there were loads of players above 100 per cent in bold last night seemingly heading for drops but their prices didn't fall?

Minor problem with CTC at the moment... apparently drop calculations are out for players whose prices haven't changed since the start of the season (but you can do those calculations manually instead). It's all in a post further up this thread... or somewhere else...

I have seen people mention above how to calculate but how do you get the original number of people who bought a player, as the selected by will be the current amount, and what day does this count, was it 11:30 on the first day of the season?

Cheers, I don't trust my understanding of the system (nor my understanding of maths!) to work them out myself though!

You can't back guess what the figure was. I took an ownership figure on the first day of the season and only revaluate that figure when protection is removed or a price changes.

Can anyone shed any light on whether Lampard is going to drop any further this GW, and if so, any estimate of how far? :?:

Do you mean Glen Johnson?

He won't drop for a while yet: his target is incorrect - it should be closer to 12k than 2k.

Just curious as this is not that clear to me.. but as I have Fraizer Campbell yeah, who is flagged red now, and with 18723 players owning him (.9%) and there seems to be 2800 people transferring him out , does this mean he will only drop when 2.5* times 1.872 peeps (10% of the owners) transfer him out?

Thanks for the post Murder1

I'm thinking Scholes is unlikely to go up again this GW so maybe take him out for Gardner or Barton?

I already have Malouda, Bale, Nolan and Walcott who are currently untouchables...

Is it definate that scholes wont rise again. I have malouda walcott bale but i dont no what other midfielders if any will rise by 0.2m. Will nolan barton and gardener? Should i take scholes out even though he was risen by 0.1m?

Craddock is 932 % to a drop and there are now 23 players over the drop threshold! I think diamond plus calculations are a little off this year!

Scholes is 32% towards a rise, so there's still hope that he could go up again before the next deadline. Failing that he'll almost certianly go up the night of the next deadline when his threshold is reset to base.

279 Scholes Midfielder MANCHESTER UTD 6.30 62000.00 1971 23821 20185 32.56
159 Drogba Forward CHELSEA 12.90 62000.00 1796 24347 20034 32.31

Craddock is easy to figure out, his ownership according to CTC was 230,731 but yet CTC has his target at 2450 so it thinks his target is closer to 1% than 10% meaning Craddock is in fact more 93% rather than 932%

Thanks for the reply Murder1

Do people here pay much attention to the forthcoming fixtures when analysing this?

Eg Newcastle are home to Blackpool next so I still think a double rise could be possible for the likes of Nolan as loads will be bringing him in next Fri/Sat.

On a similar basis, Man U are at Everton so unlikely to be a big clamour for Scholes, whilst Arsenal players (home to Bolton) are likely to prove popular....so a 3rd rise for Walcott looks rather likely.

I'm sure there will be a degree of that, but there will always be the sheep who just transfer in those players who scored welll the week previous or who are currently leaders in their particular position.

Absolutely, thats why the likes of Walcott and Carroll look like gold dust at the moment....good performances last couple of weeks AND tasty looking fixtures coming up.
