There must be something wrong with your pop-ups :

Wiki link

... and having just seen the trailer, there was a photo of Sam Tyler !!! :o
Could it be that he's going to make a return?

Am now getting seriously excited. (but don't tell Mrs S)

I saw the trailer again last night and I realised that I'm really looking forward to it too. I think my kids might be too hopefully!

A bit late but the new series of Outnumbered (the best comedy in the world for 30ish middle class parents ;)) starts at 9.30 on BBC1.

Just watched it. The kids seemed a lot more scripted than in previous series. Now Karen is coming across as a smart-arse precocious brat, rather than an innocent who hits the nail on the head while the grown-ups are flustering about. Still a couple of laugh out loud moments though.

Always has to me on the rare occassions I have failed to turn over quick enough. Very annoying and not at all funny IMO.

Watched both of those before reading what you said there. The filofax seems even more quaint and outdated in retrospect and Gold Blend adverts. If Clegg does a deal with the Tories then no doubt there will be similar symbols. At least there was Manchester music somewhat ironically. I even had one of these that I put a proper keyboard on eventually then replaced it with the ST version.

By he do you mean Lythgoe or Dexter?

Either way, I haven't said if they do or don't survive.
I don't remember how the season ended, just that it was very good.

If my comment was somehow perceived as a spoiler then appologies, but I do not see how I have or have not exposed any of the plot. :?

Not really sure whether it's "the return of ......", but tomorrow (Wednesday) BBC2 at 9 o'clock, an hour-long special looking at the brilliance & subsequent demise of Alex Higgins.

This is England '86 on Tuesday, Channel 4, 10pm, I think. Not a return series but a four part follow up to the film "This is England" which was set in 1983. It follows the fortunes of the original gang.

Anyone know when 'An Idiot Abroad' starts. Following Ricky Gervais' friend Karl Pilkington as he travels around the World, despite hating anything foreign. Sky 1, looks like being very funny.

Also, when does the new series of 'The Inbetweeners' start.

The new series of the Inbetweeners started last Tuesday. I nearly missed it. Same cast of characters and Jay came out with a classic line after being dumped

Edit - no it didn't, see post below

If Karl Pilkington is such an idiot how did he manage to become a radio producer, never mind a Head of Production at Xfm?

According to wikipedia: A third series [of The Inbetweeners] was commissioned by E4, and will air from 13 September 2010.

So what was it I watched last Tuesday ? Pretty sure it wasn't a repeat but then again I had just come back from the pub.
