I think that Charles N'Zogbia should be classed as a LBK and not a LMID.

Cause no way is he ever going to play in newcasles midfield. I think hes going to be battlin, Jose Enrique LB for that position.

There is a general answer to this in The Times Blog, it seems that once they have classified a player as a defensive player they will not re-classify that player as an attacking (midfield or forward) player and vice versa.



They are slow in adding new players but they get there eventually.

I apologise, this is what they have said :-

We will continue to monitor players and add position eligibility as is appropriate throughout the 2007-08 Premier League season. However, we will only do this within each player's band so that any defensive position will be added to players whose primary position is as a goalkeeper/defender. Likewise we will add any midfield or forward position for those players whose primary position is either forward or midfield player. However we will not add a defensive position to a player whose primary position is as a midfiled player or forward nor will we add a midfield or forward designation to players whose primary position is defensive. These restrictions are in place because goalkeepers/defenders use different scoring categories from their midfield/forward counterparts.

It doesn't actually rule out a total redesignation of a player. I suggest you post your query on the blog, they tend to answer fairly quickly.
