The "no edits" rule was introduced to balance in a risk element, especially when you pick early. If you look through some of the older threads you will notice that i have picked quite a few injured or otherwise unavailable players, as have others. The rule also minimises confusion about who has been picked so far & also stops people editing in a player afterwards.

But if the majority think that replacements due to injury should be allowed (i.e. the person could start a new post with their new pick at the bottom of the list, rather than editing) - then I will change the rules starting next gameweek. What does everyone think...?

stick with the rules is what i say. no-one thought of 'em overnight. they're there for a reason.

practically, think of the confusion that'll arise if people decided to change their pick midway through other people's posts. today's "chaos" will be nothing compared to that.
