I've just finished editing my favourite photos from my world trip. By chance they number 100 exactly!

Anyone with too much time on their hands is welcome to view them on my Flickr site.
The best option is to view via 'Slideshow', I think.

Hope you enjoy!

Some of these are stunning, I particularly like this one:

Is that another venerable FISOite in the Edmonton collection?

Superb.
You have the eye for a good photograph.
Loved the turbans on the steps.
You had the adventure of a lifetime.

Cheers, guys!

Dan's right - in part. I had the Fuji S9600 until it got nicked in N. Chile, so the San Pedro shot is from my Fuji 3MP A310 'back up' snapper.
When I got to La Paz I picked up a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ35, so all shots there and thereafter are on that.

I must say, it's a great 'bridge' camera; light but tough, 12 Megapixals and an excellent Leica lens on an 18X optical zoom. Personally, I think the image quality is better with the Lumix.

Lovely stuff, Flyman. Have you considered creating a book such as the ones you can do on Apple's iPhoto? Not cheap but then you don't travel around the world every year!

You should really do this for a living.

It took me a long time just to move from photo number 1.

Thanks again!

Yes, J., I just ordered 6 copies of 'Volume 1' and '2' from Kodak Gallery today. :D
It took me about 3 days to set up as the site software is really clunky and restrictive, especially re: spacings and titles, but photo sizes, too - it only takes standard 4:3 ratio or square, so the wide landscapes all get cropped terribly.
I got around this with one shot by splitting it into three adjacent portrait frames all in a line, but it was frustrating! Also, they're limited to about 40 pages each, hence the need for two books .....

The good thing is that a 3 for 2 offer combined with a 50% off 1st order cut the total price from circa £460 to £207!

Annoyingly, I've just spotted a spelling mistake one one photo in there.

Still, should keep me mum happy this Christmas.
