Anyone have the guts to bring in Justin after his injury?

If you did, it looks like it's going to pay off - very impressive today (unlike Goosen  )

Think I've got him in 2/8 teams, 1 brought in and 1 where he was dormant. However, given I have only 1 decent team out of those 8 I wouldn't worry about me too much

This Anthony Kim guy doesn't seem to be in Fantasy League Golf - he's leading the Crowne Plaza tournament, and has been prominent in several others this year (though he tends to fade). He's a rookie I think, but must be one to keep an eye on. I presume Mr Green will add him to the list before too long?

Thanks for the info - a bit ungenerous as he is a rookie, but still not bad value at 0.9. He should get a couple of top 20 finishes at least.

Mrs Lister brought him into her FL & Today teams, I must get some tips of her on how to play this game

Pulling myself up gradually in both my teams - and picking the winner is coming quite easily for me at the moment  (Sabbatini this week) - just not backed up by the rest of my players!

Was hoping for a Singh, victory but he fell to third in the end.

Well played Jonathan, but what about Bernhard Langer!

Eligible for the Champions Tour in three months, came so close to adding to his haul in America. Gutted for him.

That's what I really miss (not having Setanta), cheering on a Brit/European when they have a chance on the PGA Tour :(

Anyone know if he's going to take up the option to play on the Seniors?

I bought him in and had the winner of the previous tournaments think my one team has just moved out of last place

Actually toffeelover, I would have been happy to see Langer win that one. They played some clips of past winners of the PGA at Wentworth after the tournament finished on Sunday, and I thought to myself the 80s and 90s were a great era for European golf - I don't feel that nowadays - and Langer was a huge part of that era.

timmsy - you brought in Langer for his high finish?

Bad week for me - 3 teams can play havoc. Keep sharing the performances between them.

Had Furyk in 1 that did ok. Then Sterne, Singh, Stenson, Donald, Cabrera, Lawire scattered amongst the others.

Really struggling this year to get 4 good results in 1 team which is really what is needed to vault you up the league.

Mickleson / Els / Weir /Goosen / Sterne / Dredge
Singh / Els / Cink / Weir / Dyson / Wilson
Singh / Donald / Karlsson / Johnson / Jacquelin / Sterne

Els / Weir / Singh / Sterne all in 2 teams

I think my ideal 6 would be - Karlsson / Sterne / Dredge / Johnson / Mickelson / Singh (Would have Woods but just costs to keep on putting him in then out so this is more realistic)

ANY THOUGHTS?

Padmole - Knowing your recent record, no doubt Els, Cink, Jacquelin and Sterne will all perform, leaving you with two "performers" in each team!

Although the field is far stronger for the Memorial event, Fantasy Golf punters will be wise to remember that approx. two-thirds of the players will make the cut due to the smaller field of this event, compared to just half the players in the Wales Open.

SORRY - rephrase

! NEED 6 TOP 5's!

Perhaps I should go for my "lively" outsiders

Wetterich 100 Lonard 100 Choi 80
Lara 150
Lima 200
Siem 150

If they all do well I am sure to climb the table

Padmole - Rest assured that the second paragraph wasn't directed just at you, but all all Fantasy Golf game players. However, good luck in your quest for six top-five finishes this week!

With the late inclusion of Woody Austin at Memorial I have found my secret 350/1 inclusion.
Have changed my mind again and reverted to the current squad rather than use transfers.
Hoping that I can survive until the US Open then have a good week that closes 100+ points on the majority ahead.
Alternatively - leaves me with a need for even more drastic action that has me including some real Jason DUFNERS ;)

Gotta do my transfers today looking only at the US Open - I will be on holibobs during the tournament. May possibly be sending you my 1-12 Mr Green :) - depends if I think I will be able to find internet connection whilst away.

No Justin Rose

Gone from last to 65th in F&E and one but last to mid table in prize league

My quest for mid table mediocrity is under way

Ah right... good move either way really! I am trying to join you on your climb. I was bottom of the FISO F&E a couple of weeks ago - didn't like that at all... gradually putting that right, though.... but need a big US Open, otherwise that will be it!

My prize leagues are very competitive this year, though

And one second

And I'm still rubbish
