Just a heads-up from someone who's been there...

After spending what will eventually be a small fortune, traveling half-way around the world to the "happiest place on earth", giving your children the holiday of a lifetime, DON'T ask them what their favorite part of the trip was.

It is the same answer for ever child from every country on the planet under a certain age. - "The Swimming Pool".

There's just something about them that the kids love (see my post regarding renting my points and you'll have access to some of the best hotel pools in the country - the Disney resort pools  ).

A tip from a frequent guest. Plan a mid-afternoon break from the parks to return to your room (if feasible) for a swim, rest & nap. The kids will be so much happier, and then so will you. It's nearly as strong a tip as the "Unoffical Guide" tip (and actually comes from that book, along with the "Pool" answer that I first read about and then experienced first hand).
