Hi, I am interested but I don't mean to be rude but.........

Really?? If your team wins any prize, even the seasonal, if you enter this ML you have to share it with everyone in this Mini League?

What have the main DT prizes got to do with this Mini League?

I think its a bit extreme to be asking for other people's prize money. Especially when the prize money is huge.

I can see why people have said they do not want to enter officially. If this rule has already been changed or is changed I would be more than happy to enter.

As far as I can remember I have rarely put 2 or more same team players in a team.

Footy

Those were the rules and I can not change them after the event.

To be honest I'm thinking the same as footy, it could get messy if someone wins a weekend dreamteam top 100 prize or similar. There are no mini league prizes or tactics shared so I can't see why if one of us, unlikely as it is, then they should be able to keep that prize. Maybe if we all put 10 quid in each instead of ashers putting in the 25 then all play for that pot but any other prizes kept by the individual?

You can change them.
It sounds a good comp but I will not enter if I have to share winnings even if me winning is near impossible.
How would you make the top prize winner share it anyway?

Ok,

Lets do this without the prizes being shared.

I think thats the best way to go, honestly....would you really want to share the £100k prize with everyone if you won it? I would feel bad taking it off someone else when I don't deserve it.

The competition is a good idea, I don't think money should come into it, keep the £25 in your pocket Ashers. Lets just enjoy the banter and see who's best at picking a one player per club team.

PS. I didn't mean to butt in on your comp, cheers for running it, I will enter my team in next few days. Respect.

I was willing to respect Ashers rules and still enter a team.

Having a handicap of one player per team means the chances of winning anything in the main competition are nil. Sorry but it does. It was a moot point not worth even bringing up.

I am not interested in the money either but again that is up to Ashers it is his mini league.

I love the idea of this league though.

Come on Zimmerman you probably have millions of teams entered by now, you can spare one. Tomuk76 (I don't care what you username is now you will always be tomuk76 to me) fancy your chances?

If not them surely there are some other hard bitten FISO members with a spare team willing to pit their wits in this mini league.

As there is a limit on the amount of teams we're allowed this season, i cant 'waste' one on this.

Thats why I would have been happy to enter one into a self run thing.

I set up my teams before joining this so i do not have the word "one" in the name.
I don't think it is possible to change a team name.

Winning the main competition is virtually nil anyway. I don't think one player per team makes much of a handicap. The chances of winning may be minute but I would not agree to share £150,000 with people I don't even know just incase I did win. Lets just hope for your sake you don't win the main prize, TomUk might take a chunk of your winnings.
