Hi guys,

I want to bring Kaymer in this week, but the only way of doing so involves dropping either Westwood or Donald - which should I drop?

Thanks in advance.

I dont think either of them will return until the Barclays Scottish Open, so probably down to personal choice who you think will do best from that tournament onwards :)

Donald. He's reportedly tired and will take a couple of weeks off anyway. Westwood is far more solid in many ways.

Thanks Brian - but that was my point of course - who do we see doing better from Barclays onwards.

One vote for Westy so far - thanks Spencer.

Tricky. Tricky. I don't think Kaymer is quite there at the moment, and I think after his rest, Donald will be back on top form finishing consistently high. So my opinion is, both Westwood and Donald will do better than Kaymer from the Barclays onwards.

But, to properly answer your question, I would lose Donald rather than Westwood.

Hi Pincher,

I agree with Jonathan that both Donald and Westwood will perform better than Kaymer AFTER The Barclays.

I have however been loyal to Donald all season and up until the US Open I thought he was deservedly World No 1. The US Open results would indicate kepping Westy but bearing in mind Donald will have been rested & their respective values; I believe transferring out Westwood would give you the added benefit of saving a few quid.

1 Vote in favour of keeping Donald :)

I'm lurking just outside the top 100...

Bringing in Dustin "I should have won 2 majors" Johnson

or

The forgotten world #1 Martin Kaymer

why not sell Luke AND Lee?

I dont think it matters beyond transfer numbers particularly - bit like a footy change - if you are wanting both donald and Westwood later then simply in and out unless you like Kaymer so much that you can downgrade elsewhere to compensate financially.

If pressed then take out the more expensive to allow more cash flexibility for future transfers - dont see anyobvious commitments from either soon to suggest a preference for when you willget extra event from either.

But what do I know - I brought in Toms 3 weeks ago for -4 points / Morrison for -4 before that / Noh for -4 before that and Yang for 0 (Clearly got rid of him before last week!) ;0)

Looks like you've made it into the top 100..in 100th position exactly.

However, this comes with the heavy price of having just nine transfers left for the remainder of the year!

How about a bonus week where those of us outside the top 100 get another 5 transfers, Mr Green?

I'm on par with my normal transfer quota for this time of year

But I'm proving again that there's indeed a lot of skill to this game...

I don't think anyone doubts that, Kdub. And to think a few short weeks ago, I was above you. Mind you, you were fairly quiet then for some reason.
