I purchased the box set 'with the lights out' a few years back. This was supposed to be previously unreleased tracks which 'offers multiple perspectives on well-known material'.
Now we have the 'super deluxe' remastered Nevermind with even more previously unreleased tracks with yet more multiple perspectives on well-known material.
Before I waste my hard eaned somebody please tell me if it's worth it.

37 tracks for a tenner.

I'm not into them enough to want all the demos etc but if I was then it would seem a bargain, expecially as the main album is remastered (if you ike the hifi aspect that is and don't just play crap MP3s in a crap system).

(Main album remastered on CD just £4.99 at Amazon)

I am tempted by the iTunes 70 track package for £35.
Though I think if I wait until January those deluxe with live dvd £75 jobbies at HMV might be going for £15.
The best option now is probably the £35 deal with iTunes and the new live dvd at HMV for £11, or £16 for the blue ray so can you hear Cobain's croaks in real high quality.

It must be the 'remastered' time of year again. Pink Floyd and The Smiths turn this year, in time for the christmas market.
What is the point of remastering The Smiths? Part of the appeal of them was it sounding like it had been produced in a Salford back bedroom.
