As a flip side to the "first gig you went to" and remembering that your only as old as the woman you feel................ooooh eerrrrr....... What is the next gig your going to go to..

For me, having perchanced on an e-bay site, I will now get to see the one Band I missed out on when I was a teenager.

Islington Playhouse, April 29................... The Alarm!

But which line up is it? They all fell out in a pretty once and for all sort of way. They featured on that VH1 programme Bands Reunited.

I think it's Mike Peters who carries the torch, but it's still not the same band.

Still a fantastic gig to go to - www.thealarm.com and you can buy pretty much whatever you want in terms of past concerts...

Just bought tickets to take Mrs Jester to see Bon Jovi and Nickelback at the New Wembley - Considering it will be the first ever gig to be held there I think it will turn out to be £120 well spent!!

I was there......!!!

"Clap your hands say yeah" were one of the bands highlighted recently on the BBC website as a "possible big thing" for 2006.

I was seriously thinking about going to this, but at my age after a busy week I can't be arssed. Got the CD and 'Live' tracks so I'll listen to that instead.
