Well I have been off the fags properly since June and have also lost a stone in weight.

I am managing 2 miles on the treadmill with no pain in my knee so far, so will gradually step this up. Before you know it I will be in the Edinburgh marathon again!

Was off the fags from january, but had a couple of lapses when I got a bit tipsy :oops: , so am counting it from June.
Also joined the gym so combined with me cutting out any junk food I am starting to see the benefits there as well.

Would love to do another marathon, but one step at a time.

I find all food which is not natural can be clashed as junk food.
ie tinned stuff, processed food, pumped full of who knows what.
If the food is not in its raw state I refuse to eat it.
