Not exactly my favourite competition, but some nice prizes and IIRR a good winning record with FISO members!

Just a wee reminder to everyone that the NCG Winter league starts this week.

Hopefully Pa doesn't mind, I've set up a syndicate league: Fiso on the tee

If you played in the las NCG Game when you are adding your team to Polarbear's League use the name of that team. Click on Syndicates, Click on "Fiso on the Tee", Click on Add Team then add the name of your existing Team plus the Password and then hit GO (not Add Team again as stated in the instructions)

Am I the only one struggling to register a new team for this year's comp? I log-in using last years details and it just says scores not available - or something like that.

thought that I would register and try and help with any problems that you have a bit quicker. Always e mail me at any time - pm is same as ncg e mail.

Jonathan - this is an anomally on the site at the beginning when there are no scores just hit the ok buttom each time and all will be ok

good luck all on previous years experience expect to see most of you in top 10!

So am I being daft here? I have logged in using last years details, and I can still see all of the players I must have had for the last tournament last winter, but I can't select any new players. I just get the message below every time I click My Team.

Jonathan,

Try accessing your team using the link in my first post.

Once you 'OK' the box you have shown on your last post, click on one of your players - a small box with red text should appear with 'Click For Transfer List' somewhere on the page (it keeps moving around

)
This will give you a list of players available in that pool. (this list also appears to have a life of it's own) Hope this helps.

On the subject of players lists everyone should double check that their choices are actually playing. The list supplied by NCG is not accurate and includes a raft of US players that will not be taking part. For example, JB Holmes, Ryan Moore and Jeff Overton are all listed to play when in fact they are not. (they are on the alternatives list and may play if there are any withdrawals)

Starts with a bang this one and I'm keeping faith with Tiger. His golf on the last day of the ryder cup was immense.

For those of you who remember my friend won this a year ago and we are flying out to New Zealand on the 20th to enjoy the prize so thanks to everyone at National Club Golfer.
