AFTER four months of fierce competition Fantasy Golf 2010 has come to an end and the results are in.

Congratulations to 'Forever_England' who will shortly be taking delivery of a full set of Titleist clubs after his team jumped from sixth to first in the final tournament, last week's PGA Championship.

A look at his line-up reveals why, with the likes of Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Matt Kuchar and Bubba Watson all selected. It was enough to earn him 3,000 points and a Titleist driver, fairway wood, hybrid, set of irons, wedges, putter and carry bag, for which he will be custom fit at one of Titleist's national centres.

In second place, and winning a year's supply of Srixon Z-Star premium balls, was 'fdringo', who had started the final week in fourth. 'Waldorf' held his position to claim third place and with it a Golfstream Revolution powered trolley, while 'stegg' jumped a place to bag fourth and with it a Bushnell Tour V2 laser rangefinder.

But spare a thought for 'Padmole Fiso', who led going into the final event only to suffer a Nick Watney-esque collapse and drop down to sixth.

Well done Foreverengland, tough titty Paddy.

Thanks guys - been on babysitting duty all day so haven't really had a chance to take it all in - sure I will when sizing up my clubs later in the year (makes a nice change winning something that the missus doens't immediately take off my hands!).

Sorry to hear about your loss Paddy and tough break missing out altogether - the winter one starts in November so hope to see you up there challenging again later in the year.

Chris, we need to get you along to a FISO Golf day so that you can show off your Clubs. You can have a little face off with Redgegooner as to whose clubs are the most expensive

Anyway, the Annual is always in the Midlands, the 9th Annual will be July next year (Jonathan is the current Champion, if you haven't heard ). The TFG Trophy is next Monday, but thats down South (The Hampshire) so a bit of a trek for you.

We have an October overnighter set up for Cheshire later this year - which will probably be the closest event to you & will return to Wales (The Vale - National PGA course of Wales) next April for another overnighter.

A bit like the Tour de France this one is difficult to win from the front. Very enjoyable compy though and looking forward to improving on my 7th place finish next year...
