The Bazza's Special was intended as a final "genre" of films that had somehow missed out during the first round of genre voting. And we still have that to come: ie we all get to propose five films that haven't made it through to the 64 for whatever reason (either they were never nominated because they didn't neatly fit into a category, or they got voted out in Round 2).
