Welcome to Round 10 of murf enterprises' 2011 Formula 1 predictions game

It's off to the Nurburgring. Not the classic 14 mile circuit but quite a good one still. Those short qualifying sessions would be fun with a 14 mile lap wouldn't they So would the timing of tyre changes.....

Each race will be a separate competition where the winner gets 25 points towards the season competition, second 18, third 12, down to 1 for 10th just like the real thing.
Everybody is welcome to have a go. All you have to do is predict the top 10 finishers and you score points depending on how accurate you are. Best man wins. Full points details etc in the Series thread.

As well as the main championship, we will again be tallying total scores over all 19 races for the Form Crown and having 2 sidecomps.

Simple picking rules
- pick your top 10
- stick to the template
- use driver surnames only
- No witty comments / smileys on the predictions lines as these are copied directly into the spreadsheet
- use the correct spelling

Please double check your spelling and remove comments or the automated spreadsheet WILL steal your points!
IF I spot your mistake I will give you a nod to change it. Yellow card system - just one warning/nod each. The spreadsheet has been refined since last year so badly spelt picks will get 0 points.

DEADLINE / TIMETABLE
Entries must be in by start time of first qualifying session - see below. Edits and tweaks allowed until that final deadline.

Friday 22 July: Practice one - 0900-1030; Practice two: 1300-1430
Saturday 23 July: Practice three - 1000-1100; DEADLINE = Qualifying: 1300-1400
Sunday 24 July: Race - 1300

Did you not get my entry? I pm'd it when I could not get on the fiso thread what with the recent problems.


Just checked messages and it has bounced back to me in my inbox! It did that on Saturday morning, but I resent it again to you but again its did the same thing! However time and date are on it if you can access?

Happy with that. Fancied Di Resta as he's raced here in DTM, getting punted in the first lap put paid to that.

If you want to post it on here now, I'll calculate your points and let them count for your 'form guide' points but can't give you championship points (if you would have got top 10 that is!) I'm afraid.

In the future if anybody can't get on etc then try and PM or send them by e-mail or whatever to anybody you know who is on here or use facebook or whatever young people do. Anything as long as it is by the deadline and I'll probably accept it.

I'd of course recommend sticking a set of 10 on here as soon as you see the thread and then editting it nearer the time when you get a chance to think about it.
