Welcome to Round 17 of murf enterprises's 2010 Formula 1 predictions game.

More foreign travel. More setting of the Sky+ to watch it later?

New entries always welcome, all you have to do is predict the top 10 finishers and you score points depending on how accurate you are. Full points details etc in the Round 1 thread

Simple picking rules
- stick to the template
- use driver surnames only
- No witty comments / smileys on the predictions lines as these are copied directly into the spreadsheet
- use the correct spelling

BBC Driver List
(don't ask me who will be driving for Hispania - if you are mad enough to pick them then you deserve having to do the research)

Please double check your spelling and remove comments or the automated spreadsheet WILL steal your points!
IF I spot your mistake I will give you a nod to change it. Yellow card system - just one warning/nod each. The spreadsheet has been refined since last year so badly spelled picks will get 0 points.

DEADLINE
Entries must be in by start time of first qualifying session - see below

TIMETABLE
Fri 22 Oct: Practice 1 0200-0330; Practice 2 0600-0730
Sat 23 Oct: Practice 3 0300-0400; Qualifying 0600 - DEADLINE
Sun 24 Oct: Race 0700

HOW THE FISO COMP POINTS WORK
The best score in each round will 'win' the Grand Prix and get glory and 25 points then 18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1 just like the real thing.

I will also tally everybody's total points scored during the rounds as the 'form guide' secondary comp.

Last 5 rounds, simply add your actual points from the predictions (not race positions) - highest wins

Friday practice has already happened and "Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren look evenly matched, with Renault also looking strong in Kubica's hands." Not an easy one to pick!

Lets hope it is a VERY dull race, that is lots of points for murf with a correct 1-2-3-4 and the next 6 in the wrong order (and probably similar for lots of you)

Apologies, it's these 5am starts I just can't handle! Think I should have the smallest gap between grid and final race points. The race was very uneventful for 2 hours or so but the 3rd hour stirred things up a bit.
