Welcome to Round 16 of murf enterprises's 2010 Formula 1 predictions game.

Our globetrotting takes us to teh land of the rsing sun. The land of the rising on a sunday to watch a 7am start or the land of Sky+ing to watch it later?

New entries always welcome, all you have to do is predict the top 10 finishers and you score points depending on how accurate you are. Full points details etc in the Round 1 thread

Simple picking rules
- stick to the template
- use driver surnames only
- No witty comments / smileys on the predictions lines as these are copied directly into the spreadsheet
- use the correct spelling

BBC Driver List
(don't ask me who will be driving for Hispania - if you are mad enough to pick them then you deserve having to do the research)

Please double check your spelling and remove comments or the automated spreadsheet WILL steal your points!
IF I spot your mistake I will give you a nod to change it. Yellow card system - just one warning/nod each. The spreadsheet has been refined since last year so badly spelled picks will get 0 points.

DEADLINE
Entries must be in by start time of first qualifying session - see below

TIMETABLE
Fri 8 Oct: Practice 1 0200-0330; Practice 2 0600-0730
Sat 9 Oct: Practice 3 0300-0400; Qualifying 0600 - DEADLINE
Sun 10 Oct: Race 0700

HOW THE FISO COMP POINTS WORK
The best score in each round will 'win' the Grand Prix and get glory and 25 points then 18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1 just like the real thing.

I will also tally everybody's total points scored during the rounds as the 'form guide' secondary comp.

Last 5 rounds, simply add your actual points from the predictions (not race positions) - highest wins

EDIt to delete Hamilton from 5th as he could finish just about anywhere including most barriers. In comes Sutil as he is more likely to finish near 10th.

For those who, like me, were still in bed....

Red Bull appear to be firm favourites for the Japanese Grand Prix after topping the timing sheets in both Friday's practice sessions.

Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber ended second practice nearly half a second faster than Renault's Robert Kubica.

Lewis Hamilton, who crashed out early in first practice, missed most of the second session waiting for his McLaren to be repaired.

However rain forecast for Saturday could turn qualifying into a lottery. :twisted:
