i saw about 10 minutes of it when effing channels, and promised myself to watch it in the future all the way thru

is it good? got the impression it wasn't comedy - altho maybe that was just the bit i watched....

Seems the exact storyline of the remake right down to the echo in the mansion and the old ladies giving flakey evidence in court so the comedy factor is there if the old fashioned kind.

ahh right, makes more sense :D was struggling to think of any court scenes - especially when reading your previous post it involved old ladies :?

were they giving evidence at the start to stop him getting the fortune, or as it at the end when fighting over the company?
