All got double figure transfers left, all got 5 captain changes left.
Best to stick to 5 people per mini league.

you guys should do really well... the FISO mail is 40th.... with, lets be fair, carryng an awful lot of small fry (ncluding myself) with a 74 team average of 554.50... top 5 (dfferent) managers have an average of 696.80... currently would be 6th...good luck guys!

My thoughts are 10 points per transfer remaining. Captain changes have no value as everyone has 3+.
From week beginning Monday 17th October teams start to be allocated superleagues based on positions after transfer values are taken into account via pm. Top 5 individuals then next 5 and so on.
If Elkmaster/Ashers or anyone else would like to take care of this then I'm happy to stand back as they began the league discussions, if they/others would like me to then I'm happy to organise as best I can.
The chairman of each superleague will be the manager with the top score (after transfers) providing the FISOer has been a member for a reasonable length of time etc.
Obviously each team may enter more than 1 league so we'll get the first round started via pm's on Monday and then take it from there through the week as to entering multiple leagues.

I've got three teams doing ok although low in transfers (but not needing any). If anyone has got similar I would be up for entering some early bird mini leagues with people who have got similar.
